Outstation taxi fares are charged per kilometre by vehicle type, starting from around [₹XX]/km for a hatchback, plus a driver allowance of about [₹XXX] per day. Him Taxi quotes one fixed all-inclusive figure before you book, so the amount you are told is the amount you pay.
No. On our one-way outstation bookings you pay only for the distance you actually travel, not for the driver's return journey. Round-trip pricing applies only when you book the car for both legs.
We tell you exactly what is included before you confirm. Our standard all-inclusive quote covers tolls, state permits and driver allowance; parking charges at your destination are the only extra, and we flag them upfront if we expect them.

Yes. We run SUVs such as the Mahindra XUV700 and Toyota Fortuner for 6 passengers, on both one-way and round-trip outstation bookings. SUVs are the right choice for hill routes and rough roads, where ground clearance and a stronger engine matter more than the per-kilometre saving of a sedan.
For 6 or 7 passengers book a 7-seater: the Maruti Ertiga or Kia Carens are the economical options, and the Toyota Innova Crysta is the most comfortable for long journeys. Remember the driver occupies one seat, so a "7-seater" carries 6 passengers plus luggage comfortably.
Tempo Travellers come in 12, 17 and 26 seat layouts, and we book all three. For groups larger than 26 we arrange two vehicles or a mini coach. Roof carriers are available when a group is travelling with heavy luggage.
Yes — the per-kilometre rate rises with vehicle size, from hatchback to sedan to SUV to Tempo Traveller. For a group it is still usually cheaper than booking two smaller cars, and we quote both options if your group size sits on the boundary.
Yes. Rescheduling is free when you tell us in advance, and cancellations made well before pickup are not charged. Last-minute cancellations after a car has been dispatched may attract a small charge, which we tell you about at the time of booking.
